Refund Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The item must be returned to us unused, unwashed, with original tags intact, and in original undamaged packaging.

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [your support email], along with clear pictures and a short video of the product.

Refunds or exchanges will not be entertained due to change of mind or dislike of the product. However, you may contact our support team to have your case reviewed.

If an exchange or refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds (if applicable) will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days, only in cases where:

  • An incorrect product was delivered

  • We were unable to fulfill your order after advance payment

Customers are responsible for returning the product using a traceable courier service at their own expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note:

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences and are not eligible for refund or exchange

  • Do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box

  • Items returned in poor or used condition may be sent back to the customer
